Daquan Feng received the Ph.D. degree in information engineering from the National Key Laboratory of Science and Technology on Communications, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2015. From 2011 to 2014, he was a Visiting Student with the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA. After graduation, he was a Research Staff with State Radio Monitoring Center, Beijing, China, and then a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Singapore University of Technology and Design, Singapore. Since 2016, he has been with the College of Electronics and Information Engineering, Shenzhen University, as an Assistant Professor and then an Associate Professor. His research interests include URLLC communications, MEC, and massive IoT networks. Dr. Feng is an Associate Editor for the IEEE Communications Letters.
