Zhang Hui, associate professor of Nankai University. He received a bachelor's degree and a doctorate degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. From April 2013 to April 2014, he was engaged in post-doctoral research on advanced mobile communication systems at the University of Southampton, UK. In 2014, he was engaged in "China-Korea Young Scientist Exchange Program", as a postdoctoral researcher at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). From July to October 2018, he was engaged in visiting associate professor at Sophia University, Japan. He presided over and participated in 6 NSFC projects. He served as associate editor of IEICE Communication Express journal, and also served as a member of the Technical Program Committee of international academic conferences in the field of communications, including 2019/2020/2021 IEEE ICCT TPC member, 2019/2020/2021 IEEE ICC TPC member, etc.
