Runze Wu received the Ph.D. degree in electromagnetic theory and microwave engineering from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Since 2001, she has been an Associate Professor with North China Electric Power University. She is the Director of the Nation Nature Science Foundation of China (No. 51507063). Her main research interests include the new communication technology and its application in smart grid.
