Dongdong Wang received the Ph.D. degree in Information and Communication Engineering from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), in 2018. He is currently a Senior Engineer and Young Expert in the field of LEO satellite transmission technology with the Science and Technology on Communication Networks Laboratory, Network Communication Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation. He has authored or coauthored over 20 technical articles in international journals and conferences. His research interests include information theory and channel coding, 5G based LEO satellite transmission technology.

王冬冬，2018年获北京邮电大学信息与通信工程专业博士学位。现任职于中国电科网络通信研究院通信网信息传输与分发技术重点实验室，高级工程师，低轨卫星传输技术领域青年专家。以第一作者或参与作者在国际期刊和会议上发表论文20余篇。研究方向包括：信息论与信道编码，5G低轨卫星传输技术。
