Prof. Peiguo, Liu received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electromagnetic field and microwave technologies and the Ph.D. degree in communication and information systems from the National University of Defense Technology (NUDT), Changsha, China, in 1990, 1994, and 2000, respectively. Prof. Peiguo, Liu is the academic leader of electromagnetic field and microwave technologies in NUDT, has accumulated over the years of areas including EMI, electromagnetic shielding, absorbing materials, metamaterials, antennas, and etc. Prof. Peiguo, Liu published over 200 high-level papers, over 20 patents and 9 books.

刘培国教授，分别于1990、1994获得电磁场与微波技术专业学士、硕士学位，2000年获得国防科技大学信息与通信专业博士学位，是国防科技大学电磁场微波技术专业学科学术带头人，所在团队在电磁兼容、电磁屏蔽与吸波材料、超材料、天线设计等方面具有多年的积累，发表高水平学术论文200余篇，获授权专利20余个，出版专著9部。
