Chunguo Li (Senior Member, IEEE) received the bachelor’s degree in wireless communications from Shandong University, Jinan, China, in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree in wireless communications from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2010. In July 2010, he joined the Faculty of Southeast University where he was an Assocaite Professor between 2012 and 2016, and has been a Full Professor since 2017. From June 2012 to June 2013, he was the Postdoctor with Concordia University, Montreal, QC, Canada. From July 2013 to August 2014, he was a Visiting Associate Professor with the DSL Laboratory of Stanford University, Stanford, CA, USA. From August 2017 to July 2019, he was the Adjunct Professor with Xizang Minzu University, Xianyang, China, under the supporting Tibet Program organized by China National Human Resources Ministry.,He is the Fellow of IET, Fellow of China Institute of Communications, and Chair of the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society Nanjing Chapter. His research interests include 6G cell-free distributed MIMO wireless communications and cyberspace security, and AI based image/video signal processing. 李春国，男，汉族，1983年1月生，山东胶州人，中共党员，博士，东南大学教授、博士生导师，东南大学优秀青年教师，加拿大海外优秀博士后，斯坦福大学优秀研究学者。2005年获山东大学通信专业学士学位，2007年和2010年分别获东南大学通信专业硕士和博士学位。2010年6月留校任教，2012年晋升为副教授，2017年晋升为教授，2016年成为博士生导师。2012年6月至2013年6月在加拿大康考迪亚大学做博士后研究，2013年7月至2014年8月在美国斯坦福大学研修。 IEEE高级会员、中国电子学会高级会员、IEICE学会海外会员，担任国际SCI期刊《Elsevier AEU International Journal of Electronics and Communications》副主编、《Circuits Systems and Signal Processing》副主编和《KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems》编委。长期担任多个国际重要期刊的评审专家、国际重要年会分会主席和程序委员会委员、国家自然科学基金项目通讯评审专家等. 主持国家自然科学基金项目、国防重点预研基金项目、省部级项目等5项；参与国家973课题、863项目、科技重大专项课题、自然科学基金项目、教育部博士点基金项目、江苏省自然科学基金项目、加拿大自然科学基金项目、美国硅谷产学研项目等十多项。发表学术论文100余篇，其中国际重要SCI期刊论文等60余篇，国际重要年会论文40余篇，引用300余次，国际标准化提案和核心专利3项，发明专利申请20余项，已授权发明专利8项。获教育部自然科学二等奖1项(第4)，最佳论文奖6项，国际学术荣誉2项。 长期从事无线通信与信号处理研究，研究方向包括水下无线通信理论与技术、新一代移动通信技术、新一代无线局域网标准化和传输方法、协作通信、MIMO-OFDM技术等
