Jiawen Kang is a Full Professor at Guangdong University of Technology. He received the Ph.D. degree from the Guangdong University of Technology, China in 2018. He was a postdoc at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. His research interests mainly focus on blockchain, edge intelligence, security and privacy protection, etc. He has published more than 70 research papers in leading journals and flagship conferences including 6 ESI highly cited papers and 3 ESI hot papers. He is the co-inventor of 15 granted patents and has received 8 best paper awards of international conferences (e.g., WCNC 2020), 2019 IEEE VTS Best Paper Award, and IEEE Communications Society CSIM Technical Committee Best Journal Paper Award as well. He has severed as an associate editor of IEEE System Journal, IEEE Network Letter, Transactions on Emerging Telecommunications Technologies, IET Communications, a Youth Associate Editor of Computer Engineering (Chinese), and Journal of Electronics& Information Technology (Chinese), and Guest Editors of five SCI journals (including IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications, IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering), and also the Co-chair of ICC Workshop, WCNC Workshop, ICDCS Workshop, Globcom 2021 Workshop, and HPCC Workshop.

康嘉文，博士，广东工业大学“青年百人” 特聘教授，2018年博士毕业于广东工业大学，曾任新加坡南洋理工大学博士后，美国普林斯顿大学、加拿大滑铁卢大学访问学者。主要从事区块链、边缘智能、信息安全等方向研究。连续入选2020与2021年 “全球前2%顶尖科学家”榜单，近年来发表期刊及会议论文70余篇（其中6篇ESI高被引论文，3篇ESI热点论文），曾获IEEE WCNC等国际会议最佳论文奖7项，以及 IEEE车载技术学会年度最佳论文奖、全球50大区块链最具影响力论文奖、IEEE Communication Systems Integration and Modelling (CSIM) Technical Committee (TC)最佳期刊论文奖，授权国家发明专利15项。担任电子与信息学报、计算机工程青年编委，JSAC、TNSE、IEEE Systems Journal、IET Communications、Frontiers of Computer Science等8个SCI期刊编委或客座编委；ICDCS、IEEE WCNC、IEEE ICC, IEEE Globecom与IEEE HPCC等国际著名会议研讨会共同主席。
