Xiuyou Han is a Full Professor and PHD supervisor in Dalian University of Technology (DUT), China. He is the Associate Dean of School of Optoelectronic Engineering and Instrumentation Science, DUT. He is the Leading Talent of Scientific and Technological Innovation of Xing Liao Talent Program, the Innovative Talent in Universities of Liaoning Province, the excellent doctoral dissertation instructor of DUT and the excellent master dissertation instructor of Liaoning Province. He received the Ph.D. degree in Optical Engineering from the Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics (SIOM), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Shanghai, China, in 2006. From 2014 to 2015 he was a Visiting Scholar in the Microwave Photonics Research Laboratory, School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He has authored or coauthored more than 100 research papers in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings. He has obtained more than 30 authorized invention patents. His current research interests include microwave photonics and integrated photonics.

韩秀友，大连理工大学，教授，博士生导师，光电工程与仪器科学学院副院长。入选辽宁省“兴辽计划”科技创新领军人才、辽宁省高校创新人才计划。2006年6月毕业于中科院上海光学精密机械研究所，获得光学工程博士学位。2014年9月至2015年9月，加拿大渥太华大学国家公派访问学者。 致力于微波光子技术和集成光子技术创新及其在新一代宽带通信、卫星通信、雷达等领域应用研究，主持和参加国家领域基金重点项目、国家科技创新项目、国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金等多项课题。在Optics Letters，Optics Express等光电领域知名期刊和国际会议上发表论文100余篇，以第一发明人授权发明专利30余项。指导学生获得大连理工大学优秀博士学位论文、辽宁省优秀硕士学位论文。担任IEEE、OSA、SPIE会员、中国光学学会纤维光学与集成光学委员会委员、中国激光杂志社青年编辑委员会委员、《光子学报》首届青年编委会委员，教育部高等学校光电教指分委协作委员。
