Shiying Han received the B.Eng. degree in communication engineering from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 2008, the M.Eng. degree in communication and information system from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China, in 2011, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, in 2015. She was a Research Fellow with NTU-SinBerBEST, Singapore. She is currently an Associate Professor with Nankai University, Tianjin. Her current research interests focus on the intelligent spectrum sharing in heterogeneous networks, symbiotic networks, and mobile edge computing networks
