- The rapid evolution of next-generation communication systems, spanning beyond 5G, 6G, the Internet of Everything (IoE), underwater acoustic communications, quantum communications, and integrated sensing and communications (ISAC), demands fundamentally new signal processing frameworks that transcend conventional modulation, coding, and estimation theories. This special session, titled "Signal Processing for Emerging Communication Paradigms," focuses on the frontier core techniques driving future communication systems. By fostering rigorous academic dialogue and interdisciplinary exchange, it aims to identify theoretical bottlenecks, propose innovative paradigms, and explore practical breakthroughs, thereby laying a solid foundation for the safe, intelligent, and sustainable development of space-air-ground-sea integrated networks. Both theoretical advances and experimental validations are welcome.
