Yang Jie, born in 1979, Professor, doctor of engineering, received Ph.D. degree from Nanjing University of Posts and telecommunications. She is the member of IEEE and the member of ICCT Technical Committee. At present, her main research direction is dense heterogeneous cellular network and its key technologies. In the past five years, she has completed one National Natural Science Foundation project, one natural science youth fund project of Jiangsu Province, presided over and completed one natural science fund project of colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province, and participated in a number of projects above the provincial level.

杨洁，1979年生，教授，工学博士，毕业于南京邮电大学。IEEE会员，ICCT技术委员会委员。目前主要的研究方向为密集异构蜂窝网络及其关键技术。近五年，主持国家自然科学青年基金项目1项，主持并完成江苏省自然科学青年基金项目1项，主持并完成江苏省高校自然科学基金项目1项，参与省级以上项目多项。
