Dr. Feng Wen received the Ph.D. degree from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in 2013. He was a Marie S. Curie research fellow in Aston Institute of Photonic Technologies (AIPT), Aston University from 2016-2018. Now he is an associate professor at the School of Information and Communication Engineering (SICE), UESTC, Chengdu, China. His research interests include all-optical signal processing, photonic neural networks, space-division multiplexing systems, ultra-wideband optical transmission. He is the Guest Editor for the special issue “Optical Amplifiers: Progress, Challenges, and Future Prospects” in Photonics. He also serviced as the Chair in section “Optical Signal Processing in Advanced Optical Transmission Networks” in PIERS 2021. He has delivered invited talks at ICTON 2017-2020, ICOCN 2018, IEEE SUM 2022. |
