Wei Wang received the B.Eng. degree in Information Countermeasure Technology and the M.Eng. degree in Signal and Information Processing from Xidian University in 2011 and 2014, respectively, and the PhD degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in 2018. From Sep. 2018 to Aug. 2019, he was a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Waterloo, Canada. Currently, he is a Professor at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. His research interests include wireless communications, space-air-ground integrated networks, wireless security, and blockchain. He was awarded the IEEE Student Travel Grants for IEEE ICC 2017, and the Chinese government award for outstanding self-financed students abroad. He was supported by the Youth Talent Promotion Project of China Association for Science and Technology.

王威，博士，硕士生导师，现任南京航空航天大学电子信息工程学院研究员，入选南京航空航天大学“长空之星”，江苏省双创博士。分别于2011年7月和2014年3月获得西安电子科技大学学士及硕士学位，并于2018年6月获得新加坡南洋理工大学博士学位。2018年3月至2018年8月任南洋理工大学助理研究员、副研究员。2018年9月至2019年8月在加拿大滑铁卢大学从事博士后研究，指导老师为无线通信和网络领域国际知名专家、中国工程院外籍院士沈学民(Sherman Shen)教授。主持承担了国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金等项目，作为技术负责人参与国家重点研发计划项目，2011至2019年先后参与国家973计划、国家自然基金、新加坡教育部、加拿大自然与科学工程委员会等重点/重大项目多项。目前主要从事无线通信系统安全高效传输技术、智能通信与智能网络、空天地一体化信息网络、和电磁频谱安全等前沿领域的研究。在IEEE汇刊及通信领域旗舰会议上发表文章30余篇，获2018年度国家留学基金委员会优秀自费留学生奖学金。
