Jie Tian, PhD, associate research fellow, IEEE member. He obtained his bachelor's degree, master's degree and doctor’s degree from Chongqing University and China Academy of Engineering Physics respectively, and has been working in the Institute of electronic engineering of China, Academy of Engineering Physics. Engaged in national key project system architecture design and wireless network optimization theory research. At present, the research fields mainly include convex optimization and game theory, high-precision synchronization technology, wireless network resource optimization, MIMO interference network and heterogeneous cognitive wireless ad hoc network. He worked in the ITP center of University of Colorado at Boulder from 2014 to 2016 as a visiting scholar, focusing on time and frequency control and transfer, cross layer modeling, energy efficiency and cross layer optimization, cross layer resource allocation and related research on wireless network performance optimization and evaluation.
