李新，副教授，博士生导师。2014年毕业于北京邮电大学通信与信息系统专业，获得工学博士学位。2015年至2017年，在北京邮电大学做博士后研究工作。2017年至今，任教于北京邮电大学电子工程学院。近五年共发表学术论文55篇，获国内授权专利10项，获得ICOCN2018最佳论文奖，获得OSN期刊2019最佳论文奖，获得ICOCN2021最佳论文奖，出版学术专著《光纤通信网络最优化设计理论和方法》，2016年获得中国产学研合作创新成果奖一等奖，2019年获得中国通信学会科技奖技术发明类一等奖，2021年获得中国发明协会发明创业奖创新奖一等奖，主持国家自然基金青年科学基金项目一项和面上项目一项，主持横向课题3项。
主要研究领域：数据中心光网络、光网络生存性、光网络安全、软件定义的光网络（SDON）等。

Li Xin, Associate Professor, Doctoral Supervisor. In 2014, he graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, majoring in communication and information systems. From 2015 to 2017, he did Post-Doctoral research in Beijing University of Posts and telecommunications. Since 2017, he has taught in the school of electronic engineering. In the past five years, he has published 55 academic papers, won 10 domestic authorized patents, won the best paper award of ICOCN2018, won the best paper award of OSN journal 2019, won the best paper award of ICOCN2021, and published the academic monograph "theory and method of optimal design of optical fiber communication network". In 2016, he won the first prize of China industry university research cooperation innovation achievement award, and in 2019, he won the first prize of Technology Invention Award of China Communications Society, In 2021, he won the first prize of the innovation award of the invention and entrepreneurship award of the China Invention Association, presided over one youth science fund project and one general project of the National Nature Fund, and presided over three horizontal projects.
