Kai Liu (Member, IEEE) received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees with Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 1994, 1997, and 2001, respectively. From March 2000 to February 2001, he was a Visiting Researcher with Shizuoka University, Hamamatsu, Japan. From January 2002 to February 2004, he was a Senior Research Associate with the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, USA. From February 2015 to March 2016, he was a Visiting Scholar at Texas A&M University, College Station, USA. He is currently a Professor with the School of Electronics and Information Engineering, Beihang University, Beijing, China. He is also a Senior Member of CIE. His research interests include information communication technology and computing intelligence.

刘凯：博士，教授、博导，IEEE会员、中国电子学会高级会员。分别于1994、1997和2001年在西安电子科技大学获得工学学士、硕士和博士学位。2000年3月在日本静冈大学访学研究1年，2002年1月在美国伊利诺斯理工学院做访问学者2年，2015年2月在美国德州农工大学做访问学者1年，2018年10-12月在美国密苏里大学圣路易斯分校做访问学者，2004年3月至今在北京航空航天大学工作。研究方向包括空间信息网络、5G/6G/下一代移动通信网、物联网、车联网、移动自组织网络、无线传感器网络、航空电信网、卫星通信网络、认知无线电和协作通信网络。近年来已发表论文100多篇，其中20多篇SCI索引、90多篇EI索引，授权技术发明专利60多项、软件著作权10余项，获2008年教育部科学技术进步奖一等奖1项、2015年度国家技术发明奖二等奖1项。主持参与国家自然科学基金、863计划、国家科技支撑计划、国家973计划、国家创新研究群体科学基金、国家重点研发计划、航天科技创新基金等项目多项。
