Jienan Chen (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in communication systems from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China, in 2007 and 2014, respectively. He also worked with the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN, USA, as a Visiting Scholar in 2012 and 2014 and then a Postdoctoral Scholar with the University of North Texas, Denton, TX, USA, in 2016. He is currently an Professor with the National Key Laboratory of Science and Technology on Communications, UESTC. His research interests are on machine-learning-based signal processing, artificial intelligence for communication, and circuit-system design. Dr. Chen served as the Symposium Chair for Globalsip 2019 and the TPC Member for Globecom 2019. He is currently an Associate Editor for Digital Communication Network (Elsevier).

陈杰男，教授，（IEEE高级会员）分别于2007和2014分别获得电子科技大学（UESTC）学士学位和博士学位。2016，曾在2012和2014年间在明尼苏达大学进行访问学者交流，后来成为北得克萨斯大学博士后学者。他目前是电子科技大学通信抗干扰国家级重点实验室教授。他的研究方向是基于机器学习的信号处理、通信信号人工智能处理和电路系统设计。陈杰男曾担任2019年Globalsip的分会主席和2019年Globecom的TPC成员。他目前是数字通信网络（Elsevier）的副主编。
