Fu Chen, received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computer Engineering, University of Beijing Science and Technology in 2009. From 2005 to 2009, he did the research work related to NGI in the Tsinghua University as a visiting doctoral candidate student. From 2009 to 2011, he worked as postdoc in computer department of the Tsinghua University, Beijing China. Currently is a Full Professor in Central University of Finance and Economics, Beijing China. He has published more than 50 papers in journals and conferences. And, he published three books in CS domain. Several patents have been approved in recently years.
