Hailin Cao, Chongqing University, China

Hailin Cao received the B.E., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in communication engineering from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, in 2002, 2006, and 2010, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Chongqing Key Laboratory of Space Information Network and Intelligent Information Fusion, and the State Key Laboratory of Power Transmission Equipment and System Security and New Technology, Chongqing University. His researches are focused on sensor networks, large structural health monitoring technology, and antenna and array signal processing.
